These Terms of Use apply to My Dumpster Rental, a mobile app for dumpster rental and roll-off business operations. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Subscription
The app requires an active auto-renewable subscription for access to core features.
- Subscription title: Pro Monthly
- Subscription length: 1 month
- Subscription price: $69.99 per month
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID through Apple In-App Purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Business Use
The app is intended for business and organizational use by dumpster rental companies and authorized staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the app, including customers, rentals, payments, routes, photos, dump slips, reports, and documents.
No Professional Advice
The app provides operational tools and records. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, insurance, safety, or compliance advice. You are responsible for confirming that your business practices, invoices, contracts, and records comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, internet outages, third-party services, hosting issues, Apple services, or other causes outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Dumpster Rental and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from app use, business decisions, customer disputes, payment disputes, data entry errors, service interruptions, or third-party systems.
Account Deletion
Authorized users may initiate account deletion from within the app. If you have an Apple auto-renewable subscription, deleting the app account does not automatically cancel billing. Cancel subscriptions through Apple account settings.
