My Dumpster Rental provides mobile business tools for dumpster rental and roll-off operations. This policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when businesses and their authorized users use the app.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as business name, user name, email address, phone number, store/location details, and login credentials.
- Operational records such as customers, rentals, deliveries, pickups, dump slips, payments, invoices, routes, assets, reports, photos, notes, and signed documents.
- Device and usage data needed to operate the app, including session data, app version, push notification tokens, and basic diagnostics.
- Location data only when enabled for dispatch, navigation, route, or driver-location features.
- Subscription information received from Apple for in-app purchase verification and account access control.
How We Use Information
- To provide app features such as dispatch, rentals, invoicing, payment tracking, reporting, subscriptions, and user management.
- To verify account access, subscription status, trial codes, and restore purchases.
- To send service notifications, support responses, receipts, invoices, and operational updates when configured.
- To improve security, diagnose technical issues, and prevent unauthorized access.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the app, such as hosting, email delivery, push notifications, payment/subscription verification, and storage. Apple processes in-app purchase billing according to Apple's terms and privacy policy.
Data Retention
Business records are retained while the account is active or as needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, and operational purposes. Authorized account owners may request account deletion from within the app.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect app data. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
